Delivery & Shipping
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been booked for shipping, you will receive a tracking code via email that you will be able to use to track your order. If you have any issues regarding missing orders, failed deliveries or anything else, contact us on info@goldentouchflowers.com.au
How does delivery work?
Depending on your location, you will have different delivery options available to you. You can read more regarding our shipping policy here: Shipping Policy
Do you already know what you are buying and where it is being delivered to?
The best way to find delivery options available to you is by entering your postcode on the product page of the item you are looking to purchase or by adding the item(s) into your cart.
Can I change my delivery option after I’ve placed my order?
If you accidentally picked the wrong delivery option, get in touch with us as soon as possible so that we can request for your order to be cancelled and you can place a new order with the correct delivery method, although this may not always be possible. We’re unable to change the delivery method for an already existing order once it is in our system.

Do you ship internationally?
At this stage, we only deliver to Australia but keep an eye out for any future changes.
Can I change my shipping address?
Once an order has been placed, you cannot change the shipping address for your order. However, there is usually a small window from the time you place your order to the point it is ready to be shipped that we can try and update the shipping address for you. The fastest and best way to try and update an address on your order is to email us with your order number and the change of address within 12 hours and we’ll do our best to help you out. Due to the fast turnaround time for our orders, we cannot guarantee that we can update the address on an order already placed.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?
If you are a business and have an Australian Business Number (ABN), please email us at info@goldentouchflowers.com.au for our wholesale price-list.
What payment methods do you offer?
We currently offer three forms of payment:
- PayPal
- Stripe (coming soon)
- Cash (local pickup only)
PayPal To place your order with PayPal simply click on the PayPal logo at checkout and you will be redirected to PayPal to confirm your purchase. You will then automatically return to our checkout and your order will be processed. If you do not uncheck the “Remember For Future Purchases” box before you place a PayPal order, you automatically enter a purchase agreement with GOLDEN TOUCH FLOWERS under your PayPal account and your next purchase will be processed automatically without redirecting you to the PayPal site. Stripe To place your order with Stripe, simply click the Stripe payment option at checkout and enter your credit card details to confirm your purchase. We do not store any credit card information on our website and Stripe’s payment system handles and processes all credit card information. Is it safe to shop with you?

Is it safe to use my Credit Card details on your site? Rest assured that your credit card and bank account information is secure every time you make an order. We use PayPal and Stripe to facilitate all online payments. PayPal and Stripe are both world leading online payment systems with decades of experience in building some of the most secure payment systems on the planet. Can I modify an order once it has been placed?
Due to the fast turnaround time between you placing your order and us fulfilling it, we are unable to accept any modifications to already placed orders. However please contact us on info@goldentouchflowers.com.au and we will see what we are able to do about your situation.

I am not getting any reply from your company
We typically reply to all enquiries within 1-2 business days however during periods of higher activity such as Christmas, Valentines Day or pandemics (COVID-19), this estimated timeframe may increase. Sometimes emails may also end up in spam/junk so ensure you have whitelisted the info@goldentouchflowers.com.au email address and check if our emails are in your spam/junk folder. We apologise for any delays in responding to your email(s) and will endeavour to reply as soon as possible.
