Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking code via email.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We ship Australia wide and utilise the AusPost and Sendle network to provide low-cost and fast shipping times to our customers.
Although we have our preferred couriers, depending on the location, time delays and various other factors, we may utilise other trusted courier companies to ensure your parcel arrives on-time and safely.
Please note that the below timeframes are estimates and delivery time frames may vary. The COVID-19 pandemic has put a huge strain on the courier network of Australia and as such, there may be unexpected delays outside of our control. We will work with you and our courier partners to ensure a satisfactory outcome in the event of a delayed parcel.
Although we offer $25 flat-rate shipping, please note that depending on the size of your order and/or delivery location, we may need to adjust the shipping costs. After your order is placed, we will double check the cost of shipping with our courier partners. If we need to increase the cost of shipping, we will contact you prior to shipment and give you instructions on how to pay the difference.

Free Local pickup
Free Local pickup can be arranged from Baulkham Hills (2153), Cecil Park (2178) or Parramatta (2150). After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 4 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
We will contact you regarding the pickup date and time when your order is ready. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@goldentouchflowers.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We are unable to ship to P.O boxes.
